Thank you and a shout-out to our own T. Dupree Scovell for his continued service to this important organization in our community.
Employee Benefits and Compensation Lawyer. Retirement Plan Trustee. ABA & State Bar of Texas Tax Section Member
This last week marks the conclusion of my term as Chair of the Dallas ERF. Serving in this role has been an incredible honor, and I’m proud of what our team achieved during this time. Together, we have done our best to strengthen the retirement system, and we have put a plan in place that we anticipate will ensure its viability and soundness for generations to come, barring anything unforeseen. As I pass the baton to T. Dupree Scovell, I extend my congratulations. Dupree, I know your leadership will bring great progress, and I’m excited to see the journey ahead for the Dallas ERF under your guidance. While my time as Chair ends, I’m pleased to continue serving as trustee for as long as might be possible. Thank you to my fellow trustees and to Cheryl Alston, David K. Etheridge, MBA, Edward Scott, Natalie Jenkins Sorrell, Joshua Berman, Melissa Harris, Tiffany McCraw, Ruby Castelano, and the whole City of Dallas ERF team who supported me in pursuing our mission throughout my term as Chair.
