Our partnership with the City of Groveland, FL began in 2019 as an operations contract for the city’s water, wastewater, and reclaimed water utilities. Since then, we tapped our engineering, SCADA, and funding experts to take a holistic look at the city’s utilities and create a sound Utility Master Plan and Capital Improvement Plan.
