Installation of @huberwood’s ZipSystem Water Resistant Barrier sheathing and flashing ? Recasing historic windows to the new sheathing with flashing, which didn’t exist in the traditional construction ? Rebuild the masonry wall using historically appropriate mortar ? Finally, a roof repair to stop the leak until the roof can be replaced at a later date.
