Wood Partners expands its presence in?Florida?with Altera Jacaranda, bringing the only attainable, new construction development to Venice. The multifamily apartment complex will break ground next month and is expected to deliver to the community in the second quarter of 2026. “Altera Jacaranda’s prime location enhances the community by providing attainable living options right where residents need them most,” said?Tyler Hurd, managing director at Wood Partners. “Our new development fosters economic growth and introduces a first-of-its-kind concept in the area. As one of the fastest growing areas in the country, we are committed to meeting the demand for attainable housing with quality multifamily solutions.” Wood Partners first brought its attainable Altera brand to?Tampa, Florida?earlier this year with Altera Land O’ Lakes. Wood Partners also broke ground in June on V by Alta, a luxury apartment community in?Orlando. The 219-unit multifamily complex is Wood Partners’ fifth in the submarket and is set to be delivered in the first quarter of 2026. Wood Partners expands its presence in?Charlotte?with Alta 10th and Seigle and Altera Mint Hill, bringing its total to 16 developments in the city and 30 in the state. These new multifamily properties will bring more than 550 units to one of the fastest-growing cities in the country. “Wood Partners’ expansion in?Charlotte?includes both our attainable and luxury line, providing ample living opportunities that support the vibrant and growing community,” said?Jensie Teague, vice president of development at Wood Partners. “Charlotte?is experiencing a population boom due to its pleasant weather, thriving entertainment options, relatively low cost of living and more. Our Atlanta office hosted our 2nd annual "Bring Your Child to Work Day" this summer! Associates brought their children in to learn about what we do on a daily basis through hands-on activities and a whole lot of fun! Activities included build your own apartment community, Kids' choice voting for favorite apartment community, hidden picture/find the difference, face painting, games around the office, and a magic show grand finale! The kids had a blast learning about what their parents do in a unique and fun way. It is always a great time to see our family environment core value being lived out.
