The Regnier Family Wonderscope Children's Museum of Kansas City's mission is to spark a lifelong love of learning through the universal and uniting power of play. Wonderscope is the KC region’s only fully accessible, non-profit children’s museum dedicated to providing STEAM – Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math – educational experiences for young children and their families. Wonderscope features 30,000 square feet of indoor exploration and 1/2 acre of year-round outdoor adventure, all with a unique Kansas City theme. The museum is easily accessible via public transportation and major roadways.

A very special friend in our world was honored recently as Ingram's Magazine Philanthropist of the Year. Congratulations to Bob Regnier! Beyond financial support, Bob is deeply invested in our mission and our programming, highlighted by his passion for our kindergarten readiness program, Road to Readiness, where he joins us each year to celebrate?our young graduates. His selfless support of Wonderscope has and will continue to have a profound impact on how children within our community learn, play, and grow for generations to come. Bob, thank you for playing such a big part in the Kansas City community.
We are excited to announce the opening of our newest interactive exhibit, Worldwide Acts of Kindness Counter!?Through a generous?gift from the Starfall Education Foundation, this permanent exhibit allows our young museum friends to declare an act of kindness that is captured on a digital monitor and displayed with other acts of kindness posted by children from around the world in real time.?Since the program's inception, over 68 million acts of kindness have been recorded. Come and declare your act of kindness!
