It’s strange how you can meet someone for the first time and feel like you’ve known them forever. I had that experience this week with Oluwatobi Boshoro MCIM, M.IOD, QRD, a fellow member of WomenExecs OnBoards. While she was in Dubai for a board meeting, we seized the opportunity to connect in person. From the moment we sat down, the conversation flowed effortlessly, filled with shared experiences, support, and validation. I left feeling truly empowered and inspired. This meeting was a reminder of the power of strong networks, which go beyond opening doors to fostering genuine bonds. Being part of a community rooted in shared values and support allows connections to run deeper than professional titles. It also served as a realization: we have more in common than we think. Beneath the titles, industries, and different life paths, our shared experiences unite us. Thank you, Tobi, for a conversation that felt like picking up where we left off!
