I'll share something gold with you guys:) I was lucky enough to attend the events by Women Tech Meetup. From perfect organizational operations to the quality of people I'm meeting every single time has amazed me. In the last event 'Women Tech Meetup w/Freepik' I couldn't help it, so I run and gave Dasha Shunina a big hug. Thank you so much for being a genuine, warm, and professional woman leader in the field ?? You are very talented at what you do + writing this makes me so happy! Can't wait for the next event ??

Last week, I finally made it to a Women Tech Meetup in SF. An event I've been looking forward to for a while! I’d seen their events popping up constantly, but something always got in the way. However, when I spotted that this one was about design, I knew I couldn’t miss it. Upon arriving at Freepik, I was welcomed with smiles, and to my surprise, I ran into a familiar face—my friend Solongo Mungunsukh. After some networking, the main event kicked off—a panel filled with incredible insights on design, marketing, and AI. The discussion revolved around how we, as designers, need to adapt to these rapid changes, and I came away with so much career advice and food for thought. Here are a few gems from the panelists that truly resonated with me: 1. We are the ones creating the solutions. Differentiate yourself. 2. Share your vision with your audience and seek feedback from your community. 3. Don’t stop learning, especially with so many free resources available now. 4. Go with the flow, but keep projects moving forward. 5. Respect others' work rhythms while gently pushing progress 6. Trust your inner voice when deciding where to invest your energy. 7. Be honest with yourself about your passions and direction. 8. Build something you're proud of. 9. Take breaks and avoid burnout – your work doesn't define you. 10. Connect with the physical world when feeling overwhelmed. These reminders were just what I needed, especially the importance of self-care and trusting my instincts. As we all continue to navigate changes in our fields, it’s empowering to hear that staying authentic and true to our vision is what will keep us moving forward. I left feeling inspired, connected, and eager to apply these insights to my journey. Big thanks to Dasha Shunina for organizing this wonderful event. Your dedication to bringing the community together is truly appreciated. And a special shoutout to the amazing panelists – Maya Gao, Paula Vivas, Steffi Li Katerina Kopytina – your insights and career advice were truly inspiring. Events like these remind us of the power of community in the tech world. They're not just about networking; they're about growing together, sharing experiences, and lifting each other up. #WomenInTech #Design #AI #Networking #CareerGrowth

Industrial Designer and Creative Entrepreneur | Shaping pioneering concepts into tangible, influential products.
Women Tech Meetup. What a night! Is AI here to help us or to take over our creative work? Excitement or anxiety? Had the pleasure to be on the panel with Dasha Shunina, Maya Gao, Paula Vivas, Steffi Li in a vibrant Freepik space. Here are a few points we discussed that really stuck with me: 1 – We all agreed that we see AI is a powerful new tool that still needs a “captain” and can’t operate on its own. 2 –?If AI is so powerful, then we should let it help us solve the most complex problems we’re facing, such as: #sustainability and #climate change. How about that? 3 – In industrial design, I see a lot of interesting experiments where AI enables solutions that wouldn’t be possible otherwise—AI-powered technologies in prosthetics, femtech, medical devices, mental health, and more. 4 –? Overall, I see AI as Kubrick’s Monolith, in a way that I expect to see a huge leap in our social and cultural development. Will we have to reinvent some fundamental social structures? Most likely. Will it be easy? Probably not. Is it inevitable? I think so. Dasha Shunina, thank you so much for inviting me!

After 15 years investing in, founding and advising startups the most common request I get from founders is... How do I increase chances of a successful venture capital raise? Fundraising is one of the biggest challenges for founders, demanding immense effort, time, and dedication. It's also opaque, subjective and not rational. Notion & Puzzle ?????are joining forces to guide you through the fundraising process with confidence. In our first workshop, I’ll introduce our Startup Pre-Fundraising Checklist—a powerful Notion template designed to get you fundraise-ready. I use it. Now, so can you and your friends. https://lu.ma/697b2bw0
