What an incredible experience at the Women's Sports & Health Expo! ?? It was amazing to connect with so many passionate individuals dedicated to #health and #wellness. A huge shoutout to Amy Muller, Robin Baker, Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital (Chris Mills), and everyone else who made this event such a success. A special highlight for me was being side-by-side with one of my lifelong best friends, Trent Hartwig, and his new brand oHy! ?? It’s inspiring to see him bring his vision to life, and to share that energy at such a meaningful event.
