Everyone makes a difference! In 2015 Lilly Ledbetter was the keynote speaker at Making a Difference where she shared her story with grace and humor, demonstrating that one woman can make a difference. Her landmark gender pay discrimination suit sparked her namesake legislation, the 2009 Fair Pay Restoration Act.

Today, on Equal Pay Day, we announce the results from our seventh annual Women in the Workplace Scorecard. This year 14 area employers are being honored for excellence in four areas of workplace gender equity - leadership, compensation, flexible work policies, and recruitment and retention. Unlike most "Best Places to Work" reports that rely on employee opinion surveys, the Women in the Workplace Scorecard looks at objective criteria and outcomes. The 2024 Honorees include: ?
