Meet Jennifer Sigl, our new President of Women of Rady! Jenni is a first-year MBA student at Rady, where she also serves as her cohort’s representative. A 2018 graduate of Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism, she previously worked as a reporter and narrative podcast producer for six years. Jenni is passionate about fostering community and leveraging the power of storytelling to build meaningful connections. She is excited to collaborate with the WOR leadership team to drive initiatives that amplify the voices and accomplishments of women at Rady, while building her leadership skills and empowering others along the way.

Meet Alejandra Tubilla, our new VP of Member Engagement! Alejandra brings over six years of experience in the networking industry, where she has excelled as a System Engineer at HPE, leveraging her technical expertise to deliver impactful solutions. Originally from a technical background, she earned her undergraduate degree in Computer Science and is now embracing a new chapter by pursuing her MBA at the Rady School of Management, with an expected graduation in Spring 2026. Alejandra is excited to combine her technical knowledge with her growing business acumen to tackle challenges and drive innovation, contributing her skills and passion to the Rady community.

Meet Megha Agrawal, our new Director of Member Engagement! Megha is a Master’s in Business Analytics student at UC San Diego's Rady School of Management with a passion for data and analytics. She brings a unique blend of technical expertise and creative problem-solving, developed through hands-on experiences in software engineering, digital marketing, and data-driven projects. As the Director of Member Engagement for the Women of Rady Club, Megha is excited to foster meaningful connections and create engaging experiences for members. She plans to use her skills and love for communication to ensure every voice is heard and valued!

Meet Nujoum Unus, our new Co-Director of Marketing! Nujoum is a Master’s in Business Analytics student at UC San Diego's Rady School of Management. With a background in Computer Science and Engineering, she combines her love for coding and problem-solving with a passion for volunteering and social causes. As Co-Director of Marketing, Nujoum is excited to bring her technical and creative skills to amplify our message, foster engagement, and empower the Women of Rady community. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, and exploring nature. She looks forward to making a positive impact and creating meaningful connections this year!

Meet Vanessa Bateson, our new Director of Operations! Vanessa brings over five years of experience in the Financial Technology space, where she worked with startups to drive innovation and growth. Originally from the East Coast, she completed her undergraduate degree at North Carolina State University but has embraced her love for the West Coast, recently moving from San Francisco to San Diego to pursue her MBA at UC San Diego. Vanessa is excited to contribute her fintech expertise and leadership skills to the Women of Rady community as she embarks on this new chapter.

Meet Molly Higgins, our new Director of Production! Molly is an Asset Manager at a renewable energy developer in San Diego with over six years of experience in the energy industry. Currently pursuing her MBA at UC San Diego, she is expanding her expertise in strategy and leadership. Molly is passionate about promoting sustainable growth and looks forward to contributing her insights and experiences to the Women of Rady community as she advances her leadership journey.
