While attending 2024’s NAMM Next after a series of happy accidents, Spicer's Music Jessie Osborne found herself full of gratitude and inspired to bring that sense of educational camaraderie to Spicer’s hometown of Auburn, Alabama. This call became Spicer’s Music SheCollective (SheCo), which she founded to help connect, empower, and inspire women in music in the local Spicer’s community by creating a space where female creatives can thrive. She joins the ReVoicing the Future table to tell her full-circle story in music defined by her insatiable curiosity, good humor, and drive to create opportunities for connection and success for her beloved community.
