  • ? #SuccessAmplified 2024 was ??! ? We're still buzzing from the energy of 195 incredible women who joined us yesterday in NYC for our first-ever summit. ?? From an insightful keynote & workshops led by Gainsight, Deloitte Digital, and Anthropic, to delicious food (thanks Reef.ai and AdRoll, a division of NextRoll), global connections, and amazing swag (thanks to our generous sponsors Planhat, Scarpetta Wine, Something & Nothing | B Corp?, Cuyana Berry (YC W23), CS Angel, and M.M LaFleur !), it was a day to remember. ?? ?? Huge thanks to our speakers, volunteers, and attendees for making it all possible! ?? We are forever grateful, listed in no particular order in our comments (we exceeded the mention limit in the post! it really does take a village ??) Here's the first drop of our professional photos that came through. We cannot wait to share deeper recaps, the full photo album and video snippets of the event. For now though, it's time for a short rest and recoup ?? ??♀? We're already planning Success Amplified 2025! Warmly, Laura & Lauren

  • Earlier this week we hosted our first-ever Women of Customer Success Supper Club in London, in partnership with the wonderful team at Front. We brought together a mixed group of female Customer Success, Support, and Customer Operations leaders for family style feast/roundtable discussion. The focus of the night? AI and cross-functional collaboration - two topics top of mind for so many leaders right now. With curated discussion prompts at each table, we saw honest, inspiring conversations unfold. For dessert, we switched up the seating so everyone had the chance to meet someone new and broaden the conversation even further! There was a genuine energy in the room and it was a joy to watch connections forming (and LinkedIn invites flying!) before the evening wrapped. A big thank you to Naomi O'Neal Nunnally from Front from travelling across the pond all the way from North Carolina to be there. It was truly an outstanding (and delicious) event...(We may never recover from how full we all were!) We’re already planning more of these gatherings for female leaders, so if you’re a post-sales leader who wants to join us at the next one, make sure you’re subscribed to our newsletter: ?? https://lnkd.in/d5je5u4 This is just the beginning - we’re so excited to keep creating these spaces for amazing women to come together!
