The Women in Green Hydrogen (WiGH) network, established in 2020, aims to enhance the visibility and amplify the voices of women in this field. ?????? ?????????????????????????? ??????????????: Leadership in Innovation: Women are spearheading advancements in green hydrogen technologies, driving sustainable energy solutions. Diverse Perspectives: Their involvement fosters a range of ideas and strategies, enriching the discourse on environmental sustainability. Sector Growth: Female innovators are making substantial impacts across various green sectors, including clean energy and waste management. Empowering Change: With support from governments and organizations, women are accelerating the transition to a green economy. However, challenges remain, as women constitute only 22% of panel speakers at green hydrogen conferences. To address this disparity, WiGH has launched an expert database to increase the visibility of women experts in the sector.
