Since our launch in January 2022, WGBI has grown to 275+ members worldwide, uniting women across all battery chemistries and transforming the industry landscape. Our mission to connect industry pioneers, drive professional growth, provide cutting-edge education, and offer mentorship has made a tangible impact in just three years. In the last year alone, we: ? Established our Latin America chapter led by Grace Rocha ? Hosted successful networking receptions at #BCI100 and #ELBC ? Launched educational webinars on energy storage 101, workplace trust, and more ? Recognized emerging talent through the BCI Battery Poster Research Showcase ?
