"Being IN" highlights women as INspirations, INnovators, INvestors, and Impact makers, all driving change and making a difference in the tech ecosystem. Innovation is at the core of this conference, something our sponsor Rich Products Corporation proudly embraces: “At Rich’s, innovation is fundamental to our business – it’s what we were founded on 80 years ago and continues to shape our organization today. We’re thrilled to be a part of an event that celebrates innovation by sparking curiosity and empowering women to push boundaries and create what’s next.”- Gina Lalka, Director of Sales Planning at Rich Products. We can't wait to come together with a community of innovators, leaders, and change-makers for a day filled with inspiration, connection, and conversations that will shape the future of tech in WNY. What does being IN mean to you? Let us know in the comments! (Photos from last year's conference by Alana Adetola Fajemisin)
