November 30 marks Native Women's Equal Pay Day. The WIS PDX Courage Campaign highlights the gender pay disparity in STEM and beyond. The most profoundly impacted group in the US is Native women who, working full-time, make on average only 58 cents on the dollar compared to white, non-Hispanic men. Imagine having to work nearly an entire extra year to make the equivalent pay as your white male co-worker!
