WiM Texas Manufacturing Month plant tour… Oak Farms Dairy in Dallas, Tx Spent the morning learning about dairy manufacturing in Texas with the team at Oak Farms/Dairy Farmers of America and a dozen other curious women and men supporting manufacturing month and networking in the DFW area. This unique tour offered an inside look at Oak Farms Dairy’s plant processing equipment and pasteurized storage facilities. Covering 23 acres and producing nearly 6,000,000 gallons monthly, Oak Farms has been a cornerstone of dairy production in the Lone Star State for over a century.
