As the preeminent professional organization for women in the financial services industry, WIFS is dedicated to attracting capable women to the financial services sector, helping them develop their talents and advancing them toward their fullest potential. WIFS currently attracts over 1,300 women. Members consist primarily of financial advisors, agents, representatives, CPA's and attorneys. Industry statistics show that women who join professional associations are more successful. WIFS operates over 25 regional chapters across the United States, and offers many benefits to members. WIFS hosts an annual National Conference featuring development workshops and well-known speakers. The conference serves as an educational platform as well as an opportunity to recognize member achievement, and to encourage networking. WIFS also offers support through monthly webinars, recognition programs, Mastermind groups, mentorship, and so much more!
