Yesterday, I attended the Women in ETFs & Cboe Global Markets IWD event, led by inspiring leaders ? While my passion lies in sustainability, I'm also deeply interested in finance and investing, especially ETFs! The highlight was hearing Rabia Siddique (QCVS BA LLB GAICD FAIM CSP) share her powerful story of resilience and justice, which left everyone in the room moved. Just 22% of CEOs in Australia are women, on average, earning $28,425 less than men…?? But change is happening. The energy in the room was inspiring and I know the future for us is bright.
