Fueled by honor, authenticity, courage, and commitment, WE United is a community of professional leaders at all stages of their careers dedicated to expanding the opportunities for women and all members in the electronics ecosystem. Women in Electronics (WE) was formed by a group of 20 women in the electronics ecosystem during its inaugural conference in the fall of 2017 with the premise of members working collaboratively to find inspiration, strength, and empowerment through a sense of community to impact gender parity results in the electronics ecosystem. We set our sights high with four common objectives. 1. EMPOWER: Build meaningful connections within a collaborative, professional community. 2. DEVELOP: Strengthen and grow critical leadership skills with a foundation of civility, ethics, and humanity. 3. ADVOCATE: Access valuable mentorship and guidance to confidently navigate your career path. 4. CELEBRATE: Honor the dedication of members, sponsors, and stakeholders who champion our mission.
