As I reflect on my journey at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill I’m reminded of the day I first stepped onto campus, filled with excitement and a deep sense of purpose. From that moment, I knew I wanted to make a lasting impact on the Carolina community and beyond. That desire led me to become the founder of Women in Consulting at Carolina an organization affiliated with the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School dedicated to empowering women to pursue their passions in consulting. Through WICC, I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside my incredible Executive Board to build a platform that fosters mentorship, professional development, and a strong support network for women aspiring to thrive in the business world.
