I had a great time returning to the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business this past Wednesday for some inspiring events with student associations and my fellow KPMG US professionals! We started with the Ascend Leadership - University of Maryland Chapter, where we had an engaging discussion on the qualities of great leadership. Then, we joined the Women in Business Association UMD to explore emotional intelligence and even made friendship bracelets with the group!
