WORC empowers clients to develop personal economic development strategies and to grow their small businesses by providing the capital, business development assistance, specialized workshops, seminars, and one-on-one consultations with industry experts entrepreneurs need for economic success.

Dear Friend and Partner, I am delighted to share DiverseForce will be handling WORC’s search for an Executive Director. WORC is positioned to grow and the new leader will have a wonderful opportunity to take the organization to a new level with a comprehensive FY24-29 Strategic plan to guide the way. I will transition to Executive Board Chair after selection and onboarding of the new Executive Director.?In this new role, I will focus my expertise on funder relations, board development, strategy, and policy. The new Executive director will be responsible for all WORC’s day- to day- operations. I have had the privilege and opportunity to lead WORC since founding it in 1993. I decided now is the time to make this transition while I am healthy and vibrant?as I embark on this?next chapter and WORC will?continue to thrive and grow under this new organization structure.
