关于我们
Founded in 2011 in Denver, Colorado, the Cannabis Chamber of Commerce evolved into the Women’s Cannabis Chamber of Commerce on January 01, 2016. Focus for 2024-2025: How to Succeed in the Cannabis Industry. The goal is to connect companies and entrepreneurs in the cannabis marketplace with their consumer base to build a strong and stable cannabis industry and cannabis community. The mission is to move entrepreneurs beyond empowerment into powerful result driven career strategies, CEO positions and business ownership; to provide education, resources, and networking opportunities. Building business and professional success through Strategic Networking events; Regional Cannabis Industry Networking Dinners and Women Cultivating Success Networking Luncheons. Networking plays a major role in doing business in the cannabis industry. We do not need to connect with everyone in the room; we need to connect with the right person for the right conversation. WCCC’s Signature Events, Regional Industry Dinners and Women Cultivating Success Luncheons, are created and curated to facilitate Strategic Networking. WCCC brings cannabis entrepreneurs with established long term success in the industry to the stage to talk about “How to Succeed in the Cannabis Industry”. Visit womenscannabischamberofcommerce.com for a list of upcoming Mini Wednesday Webinars, Cliff Notes for Cannabis Businesses. Available on LinkedIn. Conversations with Women in the Cannabis Industry is open to women the last Wednesday of the month. Not a Podcast - Not a Webinar - It’s a Conversation. Everyone has the option of being on screen and unmuted. There is no set topic - it’s a Conversation. Invest in Your Success! Become a member! https://womenscannabischamberofcommerce.com/membership/

Sneak Preview: Example of Member’s Page on the Women Cultivating Success Directory I enjoy visiting other company’s websites. There are so many beautiful and creative sites.? The websites are easy to navigate and well thought out to reflect the brand. Getting every element of branding to sync is an art form. Creating brand identity involves the use of color, design and logo to identify and distinguish the brand. To establish a product, service or public persona in the minds of consumers every aspect of branding needs to be consistent. I struggle with website design relative to the Women’s Cannabis Chamber of Commerce websites. Color plays a major role in brand development. Different colors evoke different subconscious and conscious reactions. We all know the phrases “psychology of color” and “psychology of branding.” In those terms WCCC’s dark green is described as “a sophisticated hue, providing a sense of luxury, wisdom, and a sense of wealth and refinement. The addition of metallic colors of gold and silver adds to the perception of wealth, prosperity and success. This is consistent with the Women’s Cannabis Chamber of Commerce’s main agenda; to create commerce (financial success) for our members. I love WCCC’s colors, but I have to admit they can be boring to work with. My preference for simple, clean, straight to the information - no bullshit website layouts is boring and limiting. There were seven designs created for the member’s page on the Women Cultivating Success Directory. Attached is the first design and the one we are going with. In case you are asking why Women Cultivating Success Directory and not the Women’s Cannabis Chamber of Commerce Director or WCCC Directory: Our members are Women Cultivating Success. The Women’s Cannabis Chamber of Commerce Directory is too long. The industry is inundated with acronyms containing W’s and C’s. Membership is an Investment in Your Success! My personal prediction is that Americans will be spending a lot more on cannabis products in 2025! In an effort to gauge the strength of the marijuana economy, the survey from the cannabis telehealth platform NuggMD asked consumers about their own spending habits and expectations, with results that signal continuing growth in the sector. About 61 percent of the 273 respondents said they’re now spending either “much more” (41 percent) or “more” (17 percent) on cannabis compared to last year. Only 22 percent said they’re spending less, while 16 percent said their spending levels are “about the same.” Read full article @ https://lnkd.in/gUM2ng8G #cannabisconsumption #cannabisconsumer #marijuanaconsumer #cannabissales #cannabisreserach?

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and the prohibitionist group Smart Approaches to Marijuana (SAM) have categorically denied allegations that they illegally conspired together during the Biden administration’s marijuana rescheduling process. In a response to a motion seeking to remove DEA from the rescheduling proceedings over alleged ex parte communications with SAM, the agency on Monday said it “unequivocally denies” the charge and requested a dismissal of the motion from Hemp for Victory and Village Farms International. Melanie Wentzel, like most women in the cannabis space made personal and financial sacrifices to bring the stories of women across the global who are trailblazers in the cannabis space. In doing so she brought a new level of awareness and inspiration to all women. Cannabis Queens is a pivotal book in changing the stigma and spotlighting the struggles of women in this space. Now it's our turn to support Melanie and what her book does for all women. BUY THE BOOK! https://lnkd.in/gWjVFHM9 #cannabisqueens #womenscannabischamberofcommerce

After DEA Administrator Anne Milgram selected 25 witnesses to participate in the hearing that’s set to commence on December 2, there was pushback from certain advocates and stakeholders who requested to join but were ultimately denied. MedPharm was among those denied the opportunity to weigh in. In response, MedPharm, a DEA-registered research firm, filed a motion to intervene. It asked the DEA administrative law judge (ALJ) overseeing the hearing to allow it to join despite the administrator’s denial. Being a budtender is a crash course in the plant touching industry that opens up opportunities in all segments of the cannabis industry. Budtenders have a wealth of knowledge and insights into the cannabis industry. They have expertise in cannabis strains, terpenes, and cannabinoids. Budtenders interact directly with sales reps to learn about product lines. They understand dispensary management, pos, Metric, distribution channels, sop’s, coa’s, State and Federal regulations. Most importantly, the budtender knows what customers look for in a product, as well as their experiences with specific thc products. This is valuable information that reflects preferences, buying habits, and trends. This information falls under market research and is what every entrepreneur applying for a license needs in their business plan. The Women’s Cannabis Chamber of Commerce wants to know how we can better serve our budtender members in their current positions, transitions into management or other segments of the industry, or entrepreneurship.
