WMF led the restoration of the Church of the Covenant Sanctuary as architects and construction manager. Additional space was called for to satisfy the needs of this world-class collegiate music program. A historic Presbyterian Church located on a contiguous piece of property to the existing Music Conservatory was available for purchase. WMF studied the church and recommended that the University purchase the building so that it could be incorporated into the Conservatory of Music.
