My BuildWitt Improve videos this morning were about two key positions at an aggregate plant: the groundsman and the front-end loader. Going into it, I assumed the groundsman was the junior role who would someday work up into the equipment operator role. Now, know why the groundsman is the boots on the ground making sure everything is operating well. I've known Wm D Scepaniak for years, but I didn't fully appreciate what they do until watching these videos.
