Our shop team has been hard at work on a handful of custom projects to close out 2024! We couldn't do the beautiful work we do without each and every one of them! We take pride in bringing these spaces to life and are looking forward to 2025 and beyond! We can't wait to partner with you all and make your design visions a reality!

It's a beautiful afternoon in Chicago and we're wrapping up a beautiful space at the Merchandise Mart with BIG Construction ... tons of unique walnut panel features with a mix of brass and terrazzo bring an elegant but modern flare to this new space. Thanks to Icon Modern for the unique steel tube feature at the coffee bar and gold powdercoated steel archways! Final push with 1 week until tenant move in! Always a success story when partnering with the BIG Construction team!

Our team partnered with Executive Construction Inc. to bring BCBS into their new Chicago office at the Aon Center. the curved rift white oak panels at the stair opening were previously featured during fabrication and install on our Instagram page (link below)! so many amazing millwork features, including the custom brass clad and leather paneled reception desk! the final product is nothing short of perfection! https://lnkd.in/gBGEt2EU Also pictured is our teams dedicated cabinet makers that were involved with the build of the unique stair panels!

Another feature Project for 2024 just wrapped up and it is stunning! Spearheaded by our Sr. Project Manager Jose Enriquez, Raymond James new space at 120 S Riverside has a little bit of everything! We brought a wide variety of laminate, veneer, stone and metal features to life, thanks to the creative design from IA Interior Architects. A big thanks to Leopardo Construction and Ryan B. for bringing us on and to our Carpenter Foreman Juan M. Terrazas for his efforts in the field!

Already 4 months into 2024 and we are overdue on sharing some of our latest work! This custom corian clad desk makes the 30th floor of 444 W Lake really pop! Another success story with Skender and Lamar Johnson Collaborative ... Also pictured are custom painted CNC'd wood trims in the elevator lobby. Unique design and breathtaking views in one of our favorite riverfront buildings!

Another great project we were thrilled to be part of! Flat Cut White Oak panels, soffit surrounds and Planters with unique metal features, terrazzo counters and so much more. When we get together with Partners by Design and BIG Construction amazing spaces come to life!

Plain sliced Walnut is a company favorite here and this project proves why! We hand selected an attractive log with dramatic grain detail for some showcase pieces for a 4 floor tenant build out in their new Oakbrook HQ! This project mixed timeless walnut millwork, custom pass through units connecting a boardroom to the executive pantry and blended modern industrial design with exposed ceilings, woven steel mesh walls and unique Dekton island tops. This bold design by Nicole Dufkis NCIDQ with Wright Hareema Architects turned out absolutely amazing ??! Another thank you to Dan MacNamara with Clune Construction Company for bringing us on board for this build out!
