The Regional Technology Council's Software Craftsmanship Peer Group hosted an engaging discussion last night, led by Nick Blizzard, on "Coding Like a Blacksmith (Managing Vu Ja De)." Attendees dived into the art of building tools to build tools—when it’s the right strategy, how it boosts efficiency, and the mindset required to approach software development with a craftsman’s precision. The interactive session sparked great conversations, with attendees sharing real-world experiences and innovative approaches to refining their coding processes.
