We are putting the final touches on our latest project, the Pools Upgrade and ADA enhancements at four community locations: Randall Recreation Center, Volta Park Recreation Center, Douglass Outdoor Pool, and Woody Ward Pool! The scope of work included the installation of new shelter structures, pool plastering and resurfacing, installation of new racing lanes, fresh paint, and the removal of old pole lights.

We are thrilled to announce that WKM Solutions Partnered with Hess Construction has been awarded the Design-Build contract for the William H. Rumsey Aquatics Center Modernization in Washington, D.C.! In partnership iStudio Architects, we will embark on a transformative journey to revitalize this iconic DPR facility near the Eastern Market. Our timeline includes ?? Conceptual Design: Now through December 2024 ?? Schematic Design, Design Development, and Permit Construction Documents: Completed by June 2025 ?? Construction Start: Summer 2025 ??? Substantial Completion: Summer 2027 ?? Final Completion: Fall 2027

We are finishing up the Howard University Hospital Garage which involves rehabilitation of two parking garages, each with 6 floor levels. The work includes re-striping all parking spaces, including handicap spots, and painting new directional and parking signage. We will replace damaged concrete bumpers, lights, and fixtures, ensuring proper safety and illumination throughout. All existing manual and overhead doors will be replaced with new commercial-grade doors, and we will coordinate the removal and installation of new elevators.
