Jamestown High School students participated in a unique project, using quilt squares as a medium for storytelling and self-expression. Over 50 participants each designed a quilt square representing a meaningful aspect of their life or an important personal story. The completed quilt squares, showcasing a diverse range of experiences, fosters inclusivity, understanding, and a sense of unity within our school community. The quilt squares will be donated to Steve Prince, Director of Engagement and Distinguished Artist-in-Residence at the Muscarelle Museum of Art, as part of his Communal Quilt Project. This collaborative quilt, which will be a mile long, features contributions from communities across the country and around the world! #WeAreWJCC

All WJCC Schools 4th?graders recently enjoyed an engaging performance by the Williamsburg Symphony Orchestra. Not only did students hear?compositions?by German composer Beethoven, but they also heard area experts demonstrate instruments the students themselves may select to play next year. It was a win-win for the arts!?#WeAreWJCC
