Jason joins as a data engineer, helping to build the infrastructure that stores and accesses our data sets — a critical role for Protege’s data platform with billions of data points in-house already. Jason’s career spans time as a data and software engineer and architect at Meta, Uber, and Aspire Public Schools, and he’s also been a consultant and analyst! Meet the members of the Protege team! Shortly after founding Protege, we were joined by Richard, our CTO, Weiguang, our founding engineer, and Engy, our first advisor and Principal Scientist. Since then, we signed on numerous data suppliers (more on that to come), built a software platform to surface those data assets, and conducted hundreds of conversations about data in AI. In the past couple months, we’ve also added some terrific new folks to the team: Sarah, Head of Product Success. Sarah is equally capable writing a SQL query as she is designing inclusive cultural practices. She creates and manages efficient product workflows that result in win-win-wins for everyone involved in a process. Rebecca, Head of Operations and Product. Rebecca brings a powerful combination of strategic thinking, operational prowess, and culture-building to Protege. Her thoughtful tenacity ensures the important work gets done. Aaron, Senior Software Engineer. Aaron’s already had a successful career in startups, from co-founding his own to building software across different industries. His varied experiences and skillset mean that he can scale up our platform and make it easier for users to accomplish their goals. Welcome to the team!
