Teams learning together A great day facilitating conversations with teacher teams digging into IAR exemplars and the leadership team reflecting on the 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership at East Prairie 73. This staff has embraced a culture of continuous collective learning to support continuous growth in student achievement.

This was the most impactful PD that specifically aligned with what we do.” Sonia Esquivel delivered the first session of a year-long professional learning plan developed in partnership with Blanca Nache-Leal, Director of English Learners and Equity, to meet the needs of multilingual learners in East Moline District 37.
