Yesterday, I had the pleasure of presenting my views on disruptive strategies in banking to the leadership team at maib ? It was an inspiring experience engaging with this dynamic and forward-thinking group. One of the key takeaways from our discussion was the importance of fostering a culture of #reimagination that rewards the courage to challenge the status quo while promoting higher-level, creative, and abstract thinking. In today’s rapidly evolving technological and financial landscape, these qualities are essential for driving innovation and staying ahead. A big thank you to the entire team and CEO Giorgi Shagidze, for the warm reception and stimulating conversation. We are set for three days of inspiration and valuable idea exchanges, where every session contributes to our vision of redefining the future of banking in Moldova. On the first day, we are tackling key topics that will shape our strategy. We are joined by top consultants and leading banks like ING, ABN AMRO Bank N.V., and Rabobank.
