The 8th of March, International Women’s Day, we not only celebrate the achievements of women in our solar sector, but also the anniversary of our weekly series at pv magazine—a remarkable journey of amplifying women’s voices, highlighting their leadership, and shedding light on the barriers women continue to face in a male-dominated industry. For the past year, our solar professional network has shared the experiences of our members driving change, their strategies for success, and their calls for greater inclusion. Now, we’re taking the conversation further.
