?? WISE Semester Recap! With the conclusion of this past semester, we would like to reflect on the events we were involved in and show appreciation to the people who have been by our side: This past March, we were invited to be involved in Women Engineers Week, hosted by the Women Engineering Student Organizations (WESO) Council! We had the opportunity to hold tabling sessions, co-host the Young Alumni Panel with SWE, and join other women's engineering organizations in WESO's Bagel Break. Thank you WESO for arranging a wonderful week! In April, we hosted our first callout in the form of a cookout. There was a great turnout and it was great to meet so many Purdue University engineers! We appreciate everyone who took the time to join us! At the end of the semester, we collaborated with Tau Beta Pi to hold study tables as students prepared for their final exams. Thank you for everyone's endless support, and look forward to what we have prepared for the next school year! ?? Women in Industrial and Systems Engineering (WISE) is a new student organization at Purdue University looking to bring professional and social opportunities for women interested in IE, IET, or systems engineering. Our goal is to create a community for our members that fosters connections with peers and professionals to help them succeed in industry. We will host events including general meetings, career fairs, company-sponsored events, and more. We are excited to document our growth and look forward to what the future holds for us!
