Congratulations to Daniel Gardiner!??We review all the ideas submitted through the suggestion system each month and choose a winner. Daniel suggested adding a “See Something Say Something” option to our manufacturing software so that quality, safety, or manufacturing issues can be quickly reported and resolved right from the manufacturing floor.?

Thought of the day...in the first half of 2024 we have advanced the careers of 6 people through promotions and 4 who advanced to the next level within their training program ( which was developed by our very talented and experienced team). That doesn't include the people we currently have who are preparing to advance through their individual development plan. We're pretty proud of that and our low turnover rate. One of the many reasons we've been named a #GreatPlacetoWork for 5 consecutive years.
