Late last Friday, we finally got an answer regarding the validity of DOL's new OT Exemption Rule - and a Federal Dist. Ct. in Texas rejected it completely. As such, the new salary thresholds have been removed and we revert back to the pre-July 1 numbers of $684/week (for regular workers) and $107, 432/year (for HCEs).
