Over the past two weeks, William Newton and Thomasin (Tommy) Crowley have been travelling across the APAC region, connecting with forward-thinking developers and celebrating major achievements. Here's what they've been up to: ??WiredScore launched in the Philippines! Our incredible launch clients- Araneta City (ACI, Inc.), ARTHALAND, Daiichi, Menarco Development, and NEO- are committing a total of 17 buildings to WiredScore certification, marking an exciting step for the market. ?In Bangkok, William and Tommy teamed up with CBRE Thailand to host a seminar on ESG factors and their impact on the office market. The event at OCC - One City Centre was a great opportunity to discuss sustainability, smart building innovation, and what’s next for real estate in the region, all over a relaxed coffee networking session. ??They also had the chance to visit One Bangkok, the first project in Thailand to achieve Double Platinum Certifications for WiredScore and SmartScore and a fantastic example of a neighborhood taking an outcomes focused and pragmatic approach to technology. It’s an exciting benchmark for smarter, more sustainable workplaces in the region. It’s been an inspiring two weeks, and we’re excited to see what’s next for the APAC market as we continue to raise the bar for connected and future-ready buildings.
