Practical Completion Reached at?Moda's?Loudon’s Yard! ?? We are proud to share that we have reached practical completion at Loudon’s Yard, a 398-home-BTR neighbourhood?in Edgbaston?for valued client, Moda. Winvic delivered this community-focused development, which comprises 398 homes with 14,000 sq. ft. of amenities, all designed with wellbeing and sustainability in mind, including a 24/7 gym and fitness centre, private dining room, co-working space, and communal landscaped gardens. The neighbourhood was delivered by Winvic, creating 5,569 weeks of employment, apprenticeships and work experience opportunities for local people, with 42 young people under 24 gaining skills on-site. Additionally, 31 apprentices and 8 placement students from local colleges and universities received valuable hands-on experience. Congratulations to everybody involved. #ThrowbackThursday to an unforgettable day at Bourn to Run 2024! ??♂? In September, we were proud to be part of Bourn to Run, an annual event that brings the local community together for a day of fitness and fun, all while raising money for a great cause. From the challenging 10k trail race to the more relaxed 3k fun run through the beautiful village of Bourn, runners of all levels enjoyed the event. We’re also proud to share that our very own Bengy Leesing and Lewis Johnston participated, running alongside the local community. As sponsors, along with our client?Aitchison Developments Limited, it was a privilege to support this event and contribute to raising vital funds for Bourn Primary Academy.
