    MCRH Director of Provider Solutions Jill Oesterle introduces the Chronic Kidney Disease Toolkit, which resulted from a productive collaboration between the National Kidney Foundation of Michigan and MCRH. This toolkit provides healthcare providers with resources and guidelines to effectively screen and manage chronic kidney disease (CKD) in rural populations. By offering essential tools and knowledge, it aims to improve early detection, enhance patient care, and reduce the impact of CKD in underserved communities.
