Closed out Hispanic Heritage Month with a delicious visit from the Manny Sazon food truck ?? Celebrated the Dresden Elementary Groundbreaking Ceremony ?? Dressed in our best villain attire for the ABC Chili Cook-Off ? Competed in the Construction Ready Battle of the Builders Kickball and Field Day Tournament ?? Started this week with a sweet treat to celebrate National Dessert Day and Winter Birthdays Through it all, our team stayed true to our core values: great relationships with everyone, dedication to teamwork and excellent communication, and always do the right thing. Last week, Winter Construction and Winter Environmental proudly marked 20 years of partnership with Special Olympics Georgia through our annual golf tournament, Where Giving Meets the Green. This event, which benefits Special Olympics Georgia, has been a meaningful part of our journey. Over the years, we've seen firsthand how sports can positively impact individuals with intellectual disabilities. We're grateful for the opportunity to make a difference, and this year has been no exception! Where Giving Meets the Green Numbers: ??? 132 golfers participated ? 66 golf carts on the course ?? 15 dedicated volunteers ?? 64 generous companies sponsored or donated ?? $105,000 raised this year alone ?? Over $1 million raised in the past 20 years! We are incredibly grateful to all our sponsors and donors, whose help made this accomplishment possible!
