Job Title: Sales Representative Company: Wrestling Mindset Location: Remote (Work from Home) Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $26,000 base salary + uncapped commissions and bonuses (Superstar salespeople can earn over $100,000 per year!) Description: Wrestling Mindset, the leader in mental training for wrestlers, is looking for a superstar salesperson to join our growing team. We help wrestlers develop mental toughness to dominate on and off the mat. This role is ideal for someone competitive, driven, and ready to exceed goals. Mediocre salespeople need not apply. Responsibilities: ? Engage with wrestlers, parents, and coaches through calls, emails, and messages. ? Qualify leads and schedule consultations. ? Manage leads in HubSpot CRM and report progress. Qualifications: ? Proven sales experience and top performance history. ? Excellent communication and organizational skills. ? Self-motivated and goal-driven. ? Wrestling knowledge preferred but not required. What We Offer: ? Base salary $26,000 + uncapped commissions (Top performers can earn over $100,000!). ? Flexible remote work and training. ?
