关于我们

Welcome to WIN. The world of WIN gives glimses into your future. A global initiative, founded by Norwegian Kristin Engvig in 1997. WIN runs the women's preferred Leadership forum, the Global WINConference. The transformational meeting gathers awake women and conscious men to create a future that works for all through inspiring WIN talks, workshops, forums and networking with purpose and pleasure. It is often referred to as the DAVOS for women and has gathered close to 250000 leaders to the live events. Who we are: WIN is an independent social and international women’s leadership initiative inspiring and facilitating global, organizational and individual transformation towards a more balanced and feminine paradigm. WIN inspires women worldwide and leads a global leadership journey for the modern awakening women and men of today. WIN is today a reference for modern women working internationally, conscious men and organizations active in the field of women’s and personal leadership, development and diversity & inclusion. Why: Our purpose and vision is to empower, develop and connect leaders with a feminine, authentic and global vision. Our goal is to realize potential, evoke change to authenticity and raise feminine and global awareness to create a sustainable future. This includes a creative approach, inspiring success based on individuality, cultivating authentic leadership and encouraging feminine ways of doing business and being in the world. How: WIN hosts the world-class, feminine, global and authentic leadership forum for women, “the WINconference”. WIN also runs quarterly corporate networking group meetings, mobilizing women programs, networking workshops, community projects, and other big and small events worldwide.

Why Women, Why Now and....why being a woman is not enough... Years ago I gave an iconic talk called Why Women, Why Now. I didn't have a lot of statistics then, but I had good intuition, and I've been given more and more facts as I've given the speech a few hundred times over the years and all over the world. The last time, with new statistics, was at the UN's IFAD office in Rome. I encourage you to watch it as it gives an update on Why Women, Why Now. We need women who are strong enough to be kind, humble enough to care, share and hold space. We need women who are awake, vulnerable and in harmony with nature, other women and men. Many women have suffered much and therefore have the potential to understand the depth of the human condition and are well placed to lead humanity forward at this time. We know that together with the many good men out there, we can indeed create a world that works for all. Not through conflict, but through harmony. Let's use the discontent of the times as a springboard to strengthen our resolve, to intensify our vision of a better world, and to master our practice of making good our way. Happy International Women's Day whether you celebrate and work on this today or every day. WIN Women

Empowering women and girls - this month's theme - and creating a world where everyone can flourishes (all of us, men too) starts with feeling safe enough to take risks. This sense of safety grows through connection: to ourselves, to others, and to something greater. Where and how we connect matters, and safe spaces make all the difference in representing that where. And to the many who are critical of the pioneers and the idealists, please know that creating a space where we can all thrive is not just a distant dream - I've created it, lived it, experienced it and witnessed its impact on many, on thousands and thousands and thousands. It is the most powerful path to growth, learning, transformation, hope and deep, meaningful connection. So incredibly valuable. I'm sharing one of my talks on this topic again, because perhaps in these chaotic times more hearts are open to listening, precisely from your heart. #flourishing #DEI #women #womenleadership #womenday #womensday2025 #feminine #wellbeing #storytelling #freedom #patriarchy SDA Bocconi UN Women WIN & WINConference Umran Beba Samar Alshorafa Marcello Palazzi, MSc MBA, FRSA Marcello Cicalò Dr Anino Emuwa Daniel Truran Royston Flude Shiva Dustdar Aradhana Khowala Araceli Canedo Bebbington Bonnie Fatio Rev. Who will you be in the backlash? Someone who hides in shame, or someone who may or may not feel shame - but still steps up to the time? Stepping up may not mean becoming someone who marches in demonstrations, it may simply mean becoming all of you. Transforming shame in others and in yourself. Stepping up in your home, in your office, in your circle of friends. It can be joining a community of others who are advancing women and a world that works for all?

Reality check: It's 2025 and yet we are witnessing a backlash against women's rights and #GenderEquality! At the current rate of progress, a girl born today will be nearly: ??40 years old before women hold as many seats in parliament as men. ??68 years old before child marriage is eradicated. ??And she will never live to see the end of extreme poverty for women and girls—a goal that will take another 137 years to achieve. We refuse to wait this long! We must demand rights, equality, and empowerment #ForAllWomenAndGirls. Learn how: https://lnkd.in/gBrHHHUJ

The advancement of women and a more harmonious world has never been more important. We are not talking about a world of conflict, but a world of harmony. One of cooperation, caring and sharing. DEI programmes, formerly called D&I and before that simply diversity programmes, seem to have come to an end in the US and the rest of the world may well follow. Whether you think this is right or not, we ask today, is advancing a world where we all thrive part of a DEI programme??Securing women's rights - indeed human rights - is a bigger mission than any DEI programme, and here's to our long-term commitment to such noble work as we evolve together with a vision of a harmonious future in which we all flourish. Below you can read from Borderless Executive & Team Search a review of what is going on https://lnkd.in/dwJFBKwy

Let's continue the work of empowering women around the world and ensuring that our world, our workplaces and our lives are safe, peaceful and just. Let's ensure that we can live to our full potential, contributing with our wisdom, our knowledge, our skills and the essence of who we are. In the world we envision, we are safe enough to bring our heart and the beauty of who we are into everything we do. We are inspiring, we are empowering, we are advancing, we are developing, we are connecting, we are caring, we are sharing as we awaken humanity to a harmonious future, starting with women.

??Our world is failing women and girls. 30 years after the Beijing Declaration, progress on women’s rights has been too slow. Rights are under attack. Opportunities are unequal. Justice is still out of reach. This is UNACCEPTABLE. We must stand up #ForAllWomenAndGirls. Learn how: https://lnkd.in/eEzwYYcK #Beijing30

Coming together as pioneers, who will feel like misfits, outsiders and underdogs in the eyes of society, is an incredible privilege.?It really makes you understand that you were not alone and that you were enough all along, in fact you might even be a shining star.?Imagine. On an optimistic day, we could even say that these men and women are part of a 'new renaissance', watching the dawn of their new lives. Happy New Year and ... enjoy the read. Kristin
