A few weeks back, we were delighted to have the wonderful children’s book author, musician, dancer, actress, Mandy Williams on Win Win Live! We had a packed-full front row who were treated to Mandy’s soothing and comforting voice. Not only did she sing us some of her songs, but she read TWO of her self-written books!! (Psst - you can find them available on Amazon!) Be sure to check her out at mandyjwilliams.com and grab a copy of her books “Oh Charlie” and “Oh Charlie! A Day at the Beach.”

We want to send a HUGE thank you to InovaHealth for their sponsorship commitment to Win Win Charity! Back in May, at the The Association of Child Life Professionals, Inc. annual conference, we got to meet some incredible child life staff from their health system. Our founder, Jeff Civillico, CSP, CPAE, and our long time supporter, board member, and friend, @timgabrielson, quickly connected with them through magic and humor! We couldn’t be more excited and grateful for their partnership!!!

I had a BLAST working with Win Win Charity and Jeff Civillico, CSP, CPAE on their live show! We were broadcast to children’s hospitals all over the country with the goal to put a smile on some faces :) We laughed, joked, and talked about the importance of reliance. Good times and helping others… I’d call that a Win-win!

“We’re in the business of putting smiles on people’s faces.” Sound familiar?! Maybe a bit like our mission?! When great minds with impactful missions come together, we can make magic happen! THANK YOU to our “Opening Act” sponsor, C3 Presents, for your support, love, and smiles you help create for the patients and families we serve!

What a show we have today for our family of children's hospitals! Olympic Gold Medalist... Connor Fields OLY ??
Proud moment alert ?? Super excited to share that Win Win Charity has its first OLYMPIAN coming on to "Win Win LIVE" today ?? We have BMX Olympic Gold Medalist, professional speaker, Vegas homegrown hero, and... proud to say... FRIEND (!) Connor Fields OLY joining our weekly show today to meet and visit with our network of nationwide children's hospital partners. At the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio, Connor became the first American BMX rider to win Olympic gold. You may have seen him on TV last week as the BMX commentator at this year’s Olympic Games in Paris! This will be a really fun, really inspiring, really special show! Connor now serves as a professional speaker. I’ve had the opportunity to hear him speak when we shared the stage at Special Olympics Northern California's Summer Games Opening Ceremony. He’s fantastic and the nicest guy. In Connor's own words... "In my keynote, I unveil the raw truth behind many athlete's journeys to the Olympics—a path often accompanied by mental health challenges. I share my personal battle with failure, embarrassment, depression, and a crisis of confidence that nearly made me give up. Despite facing these daunting obstacles, I discovered the resilience to keep at it, and ultimately triumph at the 2016 Olympics. The pursuit of my next gold medal in 2021 brought a life-altering challenge: a traumatic brain injury that nearly claimed my life and forced me into retirement. This experience forced me to confront life's fragility and embark on a journey of profound transformation. Who am I? What am I going to do next? It was a wake-up call to reevaluate what truly matters, leading to a newfound focus on my mental health. My story is a reminder of the resilience we all have within us and a reminder that success isn’t just about medals, it is about perspective and being thankful for what you do have, rather than getting stuck focusing on what you don’t." I'm overjoyed at the thought of having Connor spend some time with the children, families, and hospital staff in our Win Win Charity family ??
