Wilson Bank & Trust was proud to be the presenting sponsor of the 59th Annual Awards Banquet for the National Football Foundation of Middle Tennessee (NFF). NFF promotes and develops leadership, sportsmanship, competition, and academic excellence through the game of football. Each Spring, our local Middle Tennessee chapter hosts an annual awards event to recognize high school football and each of the nearly 70 high school football programs—both public and private. All honorees are selected by their coaches. NFF Board Members, Curt Baker and DeJeay Woods, represented WBT and presented several awards to deserving recipients. Recently, our Maryland Farms team hosted the Williamson Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. to teach their kids about banking and the importance of financial security. As an organization, Jack and Jill strives to develop leadership skills in young people through educational and cultural exposure. Primary areas that are emphasized in Jack and Jill include community service, financial literacy, legislative advocacy, STEM initiatives, and leadership opportunities.

We’re pleased to announce Misty Garren’s promotion to Vice President, Retail and Operations Manager for the South Region at Wilson Bank & Trust (WBT). Misty has been with WBT for 17 years and recently transitioned into her current role after serving as the Office Manager for our Smyrna location for 8 years. Her strong leadership and dedication to both customers and the community make her an invaluable part of our team.
