At WOC, giving back to our community is a tradition we hold close to our hearts. Every year, we choose an organization to support, and this year, we're thrilled to have partnered with The Institute for Human Services, Inc.! Throughout the year, our team had donation drives, volunteered at their shelters, and participated in fundraising activities. As a culmination of our efforts, we are excited to announce that we donated $10,000 to the IHS!?This contribution will help continue the amazing impact they have on our community. Thank you to all our team members and supporters who made this possible. Together, we’re making a difference! #CommunityGiveBack #MakingADifference #InstituteForHumanServices

This February, we're shining a spotlight on the incredible work engineers do to shape our community! Our very own Cathy Leong and Michelle Agustin Lindsey had the amazing opportunity to present to Middle School students at Mid-Pacific, explaining what engineering is, what engineers do, how to become an engineer and introducing the exciting world of transportation engineering! They also shared how the skills they’re learning now – like math, problem solving, English, and collaboration – are key to becoming a successful engineer.?They inspired the next generation to dream big and think about how they can have a positive impact on their community. #NationalEngineersWeek #Engineering #STEM #TransportationEngineering #FutureEngineers #WomenInEngineering
