?? Market Update! It looks like U.S. existing-home sales dipped a bit, down 2.5% from last month and 4.2% from last year, landing at an annual rate of 3.86 million units, according to the National Association of REALTORS? (NAR). Good news for buyers: New listings are up 6.5%, with 1,841 fresh options hitting the market. Inventory has also seen a significant boost, climbing 43.1% to 5,011 units available. As we move into fall, homes are spending a bit longer on the market, averaging 49 days, and we now have a 3.9-month supply of inventory—up 39.3% from last year! ?? With the increase in inventory and falling mortgage rates, we might see an uptick in sales in the coming months. Stay tuned! ???
