Willton primarily focuses on investing in projects within micro markets that possess various economic drivers for growth, an underlying employment base of highly educated workers, markets with a millennial workforce, household income above the national average, a supply constraint rental market with lack of available land, and a land basis difficult to replicate. The firm’s investment strategy is to maximize risk adjusted returns across all market cycles by focusing on long-term capital preservation. The firm primarily invests as limited partner and co-GP partner in new development and existing multifamily properties. Willton is a well-capitalized investor with full discretion over its capital.
