We hosted two #WillReedsTop100 winners' breakfasts this year to gather, celebrate and strengthen the emerging founders on this list. To do that, we brought in some horsepower to lead us into the juicy, messy, sometimes controversial subject of how to reallyyyyyy build culture in a post-ZIRP world. Nolan Church Shmulik Fishman Don Muir Andrew Munday, OPS Matt D. Some agreed-upon takeaways: ?? Your culture is meant to be polarizing. It should attract AND repel. ?? Expect attrition. Not every hire will work. ?? Cut the overly "PR'd" comms when someone leaves. The truth combats fear. ?? Do what it takes NOW to keep your top performers. Don't wait! ?? Founders and leaders should never stop recruiting. There were also some not-totally-agreed-upon takeaways. ?? I'll save those for email!
