That’s why we require our brokers to meet certain criteria, like closing ratios and loans per month, so you don’t need to worry about working on loans that don’t close or with part time loan officers who require a lot of hand holding. We are looking for team members who will grow with us for the long term, with the potential to take on more responsibility and earn greater income.
